the funny thing is- I am absolutely glued to the
TV watching these games- I think I am just waiting to see that one defining moment that we look back on in October when we say “that’s when it all turned around”

I can’t miss that moment….I won’t miss that moment…I don’t even change the channel during commercials.

For the last two nights- I thought Jeter would provide that “moment”- it wasn’t to be.

As long as Boston and Baltimore continue to be average, the Yankees remain in the division hunt.

I continue to hope that the bats wake up, as SL mentioned I am strangely confident in the staff these days.

Yanks pull one out tonight, then go in to St. Louis to face a team tired from circling the bases (and maybe with suspensions looming after a brawl…the conditions are set if you caught it last night on MLB Xtra innings.)
