Keeping The Old Grass Green

How are they ever going to keep the grass green at the soon to be “old Stadium” site? Do they have any idea how many people are going to walk on that turf, and maybe steal some grass/dirt too?
Will it be an “open” park, or will it be limited access? Meaning the only way you can access the field is via permit?
You may have your answer if it’s the latter
Also, if they do tear up the turf @ the old YS site, the field won’t be much worse than some of the fields I’ve played on in NYC.
I thought it was going to be an open park, for the most part.
