I believe he paid, through the Yankee Foundation, for Matthew McGough’s (the author of the Yankee Bat Boy book, which is what the Clubhouse TV show was based on) college education at Williams College.

He also donated a $1 million after the terrible tsunami in South East Asia last year. The donation was split between the Bush-Clinton Fund and the Clinton Foundation Tsunami Recovery Project.

He also picked up all the bills for Tim Battle ( a prospect) when he was going through cancer.
