When the Yankees play their last game of the 2005 regular season, at Fenway, on October 2nd, what’s the under/over line on how many times the YES Network will show the clip of Bucky Dent’s HR at Fenway, hit 27 years before (to the day)?

Twenty-seven? Why does that number resonate in my head?

I dunno – maybe that’ll be the amount of runs that the Yanks score in Fenway during that last series…

I was thinking more about all the paint jobs that the Stadium paint crew would have this winter…….

Are we counting pre/post-game as well? If so, I say 3.

Once during the pre-game show and 2 other times throughout the game. But if someone, (for argument sake let’s say Bubba Crosby) should hit a game tying/winning HR, then you may see it a couple times during post-game as well.

      That’s exactly what I’m thinking.

Put it this way, I’ve blocked out the day on my Outlook calendar.

The number 27 is very relevant to the Yankees…
