    Well, at least not that Johnson.

    You know, I just now realized that “Randy” “Johnson” and “Big” “Unit” make perfect sense.

      The Mariners had a guy in their farm system an inch or two shorter than Randy. They tried hanging the nickname “Little Unit” on him. I don’t think he took kindly to it.

      I always got the Johnson-Unit thing. It’s the “Randy” part that I never connected on.
