….Christmas morning, the last day of school, finding forgotten money in the pocket of an old coat, and waking up from an afternoon nap thinking it’s Monday morning and then learning that it’s really Saturday afternoon, every year when these puppies show up each season……..

I hope and pray that Torre realizes that this year’s slogan does NOT read, “Small ball, Pride, Pinstripes.”
I have to confess, it’s cool to get 81 games worth of tickets in the mail, in a binder, like that, even if 72 of the tickets belong to 8 other people. (Nine of us split up the full lot of 81 – 9 games each.)
