Everyday Scottie Proctor

Isn’t it amazing that a guy who only made the team because of injuries to a couple of pitchers ends up pitching in just about every game the Yankees play?

Well, he has pitched pretty well…maybe he’s a Torre boy now. I’m all right with it…any innings that don’t get Sturtzed are A-Ok with me
The only thing worse than being Proctored is getting Sturtzed. So, of course, who comes in to follow Proctor?
What was it that hopbitters said in the last thread about the Yanks never learning?
Man, this team keeps finding new ways to lose. Gonna be a long season.
I wish I could run a search on the comments, but I said last year that Proctor would probably have an increased role this season.
Torre is officially “satisfied” with the team’s performance. Thanks, Joe. As for Proctor, I guess he’s now equivalent to Sturtze AND Farnsworth. Soon the master plan of alternating all three in set-up roles clicks in and you’ll see, oh you doubters and bashers, you’ll see. By the way, is Rivera still on the team?
