I know this post is about Cabrera, but let me just add that I like Stinnett about a 1000 times more than Flaherty. Even if he doesn’t get a hit, he tends to make the pitcher throw a little bit, which these numbers back up. He’s a good backup compared to some of the crap that’s been around since Girardi left.

Very good point Steve. So far, I’ve enjoyed seeing Melky’s approach…except for his bunt attempts – jeez, were those bad.
