Proctor just had some good luck. Guys get lucky some times. No way was he a changed player or anything like that. He just came back down to earth extremely fast and he is what he is…a replacement level player.

X3 was great. Steve – did you stay after the credits?

Proctor definitely has tired arm syndrome. I feel good about him long term if Torre stops overusing him. It is frustrating that I don’t have faith that Torre won’t overuse him.

Proctor needs a doctor.

Or at least five days rest.

We shall see about Proctor, personally I think he will turn back a bit after the workload ease on him, he won’t go back to sub 2 ERA, but he should stay around 3 to 3.5 ERA ish.

Watching him striking out Manny and Texiera in huge situations give you confidence that he isn’t a pure fluke.
