Of course not. Certain things should just not happen.
A tip of the cap to Paul Katcher – for saying something that is well said today.

I love Paul Katcher, if for nothing else than his proper use of the word Skankee.
Those are just hideous hats. But I’ll be honest, my fiance has a pink Yankees hat, and I’m completely down with it.
Would converting a 68 Dodge Charger into the General Lee be OK?
Any truth to the rumor that Torre had Vizcaino throw a bullpen tonight, despite the rainout? Maybe a simulated game as well? The guy needs work.
Sorry to get so far off-topic here, but did anyone see Jake Peavy pitch tonight? He struck out sixteen in seven innings. At one point he struck out nine in a row.
He was basically unhittable tonight. It was amazing to watch.
Unbelievably, his bullpen — which has been perfect all year — came in and blew the game.
Hear, hear.
Though I do have a white cap, with red and blue stripes — based on the 1914 Yankees.

It’s fun to watch a pitcher that’s “locked in.” Sucks that the pen blew the game.
Those hats are putrid, bordering on offensive. I agree that the ladies should get a pass, though, when wearing the pink lid
