      Memory could be playing tricks on me, but I remember from ST until somewhere around August, Irabu did quite well. Think he won the AL Pitcher of the Month award a couple of times.

      Amazingly enough, Guidry during the ’78 season had only six non-quality starts. Of those six, three were nearly quality starts (4 ER over 7 IP, 1 ER over 5 IP, 4 ER over 6 IP). Furthermore, of the non-quality starts, only two of them resulted in a loss for Guidry. What a season.
