~~~I don't know if anyone else can visualize or understand what I'm saying but essentially Farnsworth separated himself from his teammates when everyone was coming off the field after the game. I wonder if he has any friends on this team...~~~
I've read that he's somewhat like Brown and Pavano, so, it would not shock me if he was a loner on the team.
I don't really try and think too much and/or making anything more or less of their wins. I'm just happy watching. All I see, despite the 3 game losing streak, is a team that has gelled and that makes me happy.
Win/lose....I just like to feel proud of their performance. They lost Thursday and I was happy with their performance, the same on Wednesday (w/ Shelly's BIG homerun). I sincerely feel that if they continue to play like that then they will win a lot of games, they will definitely win a lot more than they lose and that's all that matters for me.
I just want to see the same attitude from the team, everything else will take care of itself.
I was at the game today and had two observations:
1) I loved seeing Joba and Edwar getting all those K's late in the game. The stadium was ELECTRIC for Joba's inning of work. I'm feeling a bit better about Proctor's departure now that Joba and others are stepping up.
2) After the game, when the bench players and coaches come out to give handshakes to the regulars, I saw something weird. The bullpen guys all walk out together but Farnsworth was all alone. And while the bullpen guys walked into the dugout via second base, Farnsworth walked alone to the RF line.
I don't know if anyone else can visualize or understand what I'm saying but essentially Farnsworth separated himself from his teammates when everyone was coming off the field after the game. I wonder if he has any friends on this team...
