Yeah, Moose really looked good from what I could tell. That fastball to Bynum was filthy, and the curveball looked very sharp. Wow. It looks like he was hard at work during his down time and maybe he's figured some things out. Unfortunately, he only has one start to show some more, but at this point he gets the nod over Hughes in my eyes. I know Baltimore has "quit" but they managed to put some runs on the board the day before, they're not totally out on vacation yet.

As even Kay noted the vets on the orioles have stopped playing, and I actually agree with him when he said that the o's should have put the youngsters in as it might have caused a greater challenge due to the fact that they want to prove themselves. In any case, moose's fastball diving down and in on lefty's was real nasty tonight.

Actually, not "Retro-Moose." More like "Slow and Slower."

The Jamie Moyer Phase of Moose's career has begun. It will be interesting to see if there are 51 more wins in it.

I sort of agree MJ but at the same time, he could easily put up a 3 spot with one swing. That's huge in any game let alone a playoff game.

Giambi should sit. If he's not hitting, he's not really much of a ballplayer.
