I&#039;ve advocated this before, but now I&#039;m starting to change my mind (not that they would have done this anyway).  I think that they now should accept that, see if they can get lucky, and try to scratch out a wild card.  I&#039;ve changed my mind because I just think that the timing isn&#039;t right for re-building now.  They don&#039;t have enough position prospects.  They&#039;re stuck with expensive contracts now, so they might as well give the wild card run a chance.

		<description>I&#039;m incredibly sorry to hear that A-Rod is leaving New York.  It gives me far less hope for what the team&#039;s chances are in the immediate future.  I cringe at the kinds of moves the Yanks might make now to combat a total unraveling of the team&#039;s chances.
