I hear it’s good…and then not good. Really not good.

Summer Catch was a homerun based solely on Jessica Biel.

Not sure it technically qualifies as a ‘Movie”, but Nine Innings from Ground Zero – 2004 is a Slam (except for how the last game ended – of course).

you missed two grand slams. Both were HBO movies. The first is Long Gone about minor league baseball in the 50′s and the second is Soul of the Game – about the seldom discussed competition between Jackie Robinson, Josh Gibson and Satchel Paige to be the first black ballplayer in the majors.

You missed a grand slam in my book. Long Gone – a great HBO movie about the minor leagues in the 50′s.

FWIW, I have seen Long Gone, and, I liked it. It should be on the list too. Good catch – thanks.

Wow, Bad News Bears only a single? That is far and away the best baseball movie I have ever seen.

*61 almost sent me into diabetic shock.
