The only thing that gives me pause is that in the event that the allegations against A-Rod are true, you can bet Hank will run, not walk, away from A-Rod. It's why I prefer owners to keep their mouths shut. Because when push comes to shove, owners aren't terribly loyal to their employees and they'd abandon them in a pinch if they had to.
