I think when the Yanks picked up Moeller after Cervelli had his wrist broken you said something like “Man, they can’t find anyone better than this guy?” I believe several us were quick to respond with something along the lines of Moeller only being in camp to catch pitchers who were working out during ST. Well, that certainly isn’t the case now. Credit where credit’s due, you were right, although I’m not sure how many other options were out there. When both of your catchers go down, it’s going to be a bad situation for any team.
