Jose Contreras has faced the Yankees three times at Comiskey Park (in his career). In those starts, he’s never pitched less than six and two-thirds innings in any game. And, he’s never allowed more than 3 earned runs in any of those appearances. In his last start, against the O’s, Contreras was very sharp.

I’m starting to get a bad feeling about this Yankees game tonight.

I had that same feeling when I saw who was pitching for the White Sox tonight. He’ll probably pitch the game of his life.

You better save that bad feeling for the next two nights when Moose faces Vazquez (who has been great for Chicago this year) and Hughes gets Gavin Floyd (pitching pretty well too).

Wang’s gotta go out there and put last Wednesday’s debacle vs. Boston behind him. This team needs quality innings in the worst way because Moose/Hughes are on deck…
