I thought Wang was fortunate in that he was wild “up” but high enough that his mistakes didn’t get hammered. Often when he has a bad start he misses but is more in the hitting zone.

Definitely a big win because it came on the road in extras. The bullpen did better work than I expected – and some good old fashioned baseball luck didn’t hurt either (hello Mr. Lamb)
