I’d say its safe to say that the last two or three games has completely blown to smithereens whatever confidence most readers of this blog had in their team. Zero comments?
30 out of 148 votes predict a victory in these six games, vs 118 votes for a split or worse, and half of those voting “worse”?
And I thought I was down on my team’s chances.

of course I meant to say “more wins than losses” rather than “a victory”.

Well, I’ve been off-line for the last 7.5 hours…and in NYC…but, here’s my 2 cents.
I’m saying they win 3 of these 6…because they are a 500-team and will have Ponson and Rasner pitch some of these games. But, it would not shock me to see them only win 2 of the 6…hey, what can I say? They’re playing terrible…no?

Yes, they’ve hit a rough patch – but doesn’t any extended rough patch mean that a good day is closer? Its baseball – your bats go silent and you lose a few, then the bats pick up and win a few. Plus with Pettitte starting the series, he’s lined up to pitch twice, which is better than Ponson or Rasner pitching twice.

The Yanks are not playing well and they are running into the top teams of the divison. What are their chances. I think they take two of the six games. As for the games in Toronto? The Jays are the best bad team in baseball. I think what the Yanks do against Doc, AJ, and Mc Gowan will be telling as well.

It would not shock me to see the Yankees win 4 of the 6.
