I don&#039;t know.  I guess it depends on how well his offense offsets his defense.  Having said that, I don&#039;t think there&#039;s a correlation between stolen bases and runs scored.  But that could be an indicator of how a team&#039;s constructed.  It appears, according to b-r.com that the Tigers and Rays have scored the same amount of runs, but the Tigers have less SBs (but they&#039;ve hit more).

It&#039;s amazing how many variables come into play when constructing a team.</description>
