That’s the problem with revenue sharing. Most of it goes to the owners’ crack dealers and Bud is just fine with that.

Um, the Red Sox who have also paid luxury tax the past several years – and I’m pretty sure that as a large market team, they put in to revenue sharing too.

And regardless – where is all that revenue sharing going? The Rays payroll equals the left side of the Yankee infield, if I’m not mistaken. Yankee revenue sharing hasn’t done anything for the Rays product on the field – the one that is in first place.
