I thought it was awesome that he did that then, and looking back, I have an even greater appreciation for what he did.

I remember a friend of mine telling me a couple of years ago that she and her family, instead of exchanging gifts during the holidays (for example), that they decided to get together and do things as a family; making memories, I believe is what she said.  That is something I have since implemented in my life as well.</description>
