Britton has been effective in both the majors and the minors. I had no idea why Torre didn't use him more than he had, I have no idea why Girardi didn't use him more, and I don't know what the organization has against him (especially since they were running Hawkins out there all this time). It's just odd. It's not like we've heard reports of him being a discipline problem or a head case, or anything.
