Everyone raves 'bout Jack and Heath, but Cesar Romero as the Joker was fantastic! Man he had the camp/insane bit down pat. I have this DVD too and I remember seeing it on the old 4:30 movie on 7 as a kid. The whole series was a trip BUT the film was the cherry on top.
