		<description>How does Jeter tying Gehrig&#039;s home hit record get translated into being &quot;one of the most mentally tough players in baseball today&quot;?  I don&#039;t see what the playoffs (or lack of them) have to do with it either.  Is Giambi or A-Rod also mentally tough because they both also homered in a meaningless game?  Or do their feats in the same game not count?

I&#039;m not advocating for Giambi or A-Rod in this post, merely trying to find out why Jeter gets his ass kissed?  Beyond the accomplishment -- notable and impressive -- how does it speak to his so-called mental toughness?</description>
