Yanks Want Cashman, However Cashman Wants To Think About It When 413 Came To See The Yankees Play
Sep 23

The last road trip of the regular season is usually the time for the veterans on a baseball team to have some fun hazing their rookies on the roster – by making them dress up foolishly…and then having them parade in public in their costume.

The Yankees have done this to their rookies in the past. What happened this year? I’m guessing nothing…because of the “last game” at the Stadium…and because there was an off-day between the last game of the homestand and the first game of the final road trip….

…unless, the plan is to get the rookies in Toronto and then make them dress up as the team heads to Boston. Let’s hope that’s the case…as these things are always fun and good for the team.

Perhaps hazing and the fun that goes with it is reserved for a team that makes the postseason?
