      This guy does a good job of sorting thru all the rumors and posting them but hes no expert on the budgets of teams. Obviously teams say they are close to or near their budget because of negotating tactics. Obviously teams dont want players/agents to know where the wall is.

      The Yankees could probably spend another 40 million.

      Lets hope so because the bench is utterly horrific.
