If they’re going to do that (which they aren’t, obviously), why not just reduce the price of concessions?

That’s pocket change for them…and more than worth the great P.R. they would get from such a move.

Eh, maybe. But what’s the point? They don’t need good PR. They just need PR. They always have plenty of that. The seats are already sold (and any seats that aren’t sold certainly are not going to the crowd who cares about free food for kids.) I just don’t really see any real positives to it, from the Yankees perspective. They do plenty of promotions.

It would certainly be a great idea and make many, many people happy, but this is big business and I just can’t see it happenin’.
