		<description>Being opening day, I doubt it, but I think it should come down to the weather. If it&#039;s supposed to rain on and off for the first few innings, I could see him do it, but if it&#039;s supposed to clear and rain again (which I think is the case), then you throw CC. We have good guys if you have to pull him. Coke for 2 or 3, Alby for 2 or 3, and you&#039;re all good (hopefully)!</description>

It seemed like a counterintuitive Bill James kinda move actually.Girardi certainly was thinking outside the box but it seems that a certain accomodation was made for Kennedy being such a neophyte. CC is the type of pitcher that wants to take the ball, witness the three day rest situation (pitching down the stretch) with the Brewers lat year. Hopefully, said experiment won&#039;t be revisited again......</description>
