Actually, I was watching the KC feed on FSN and they had the Bronx is Burning ads for the MSG network, so I don't think it was a green screen.

Last year I hurt my wrist, and wasn't sure what happened, since I hadn't done anything (that I could think of at least) that would cause it pain.

The best my doc could come up with was that I probably hurt it while I was asleep (slept on it wrong, hit the back, etc).

It does happen. My guess is he probably slept wrong (like I did) or he really doesn't know how he hurt it.

However, in my case, my wrist hurt for a few days, I wouldn't have been able to swing a bat for close to a week, so his wrist doesn't sound to bad.

Heh, I had something similar with my wrist. One day I noticed it hurt when I pushed open a door. I kind of determined that it probably was something I did at the gym, but who knows.

A couple of points....

Tex could be a cover up for something stupid, or he could simply have slept on his wrist the wrong way, banged it in a door, hit it on the counter, tripped over something, etc.

Also, I wonder about the ads behind home plate. I sort of think that nowadays those rotating ads are just green screens on which the designated TV channel can put whichever ads they choose. As such, the KC station had a different ad than the NY. So we saw B-is-B, whereas they saw an ad for Lester's BBQ or something. Maybe I'm wrong. I didn't see the ad physically rotate though, so I think it could just all be computer graphics.

Other than that, let's keep this rolling.....

I don't now Steve, a couple weeks back my shoulder just started killing me, to where I couldn't even sleep that night because of the pain and I couldn't even lift my arm over my head. I have no clue as to what happened, and within two days, it was completely gone. So yeah, some times things "spontaneously" happen, and hopefully in Teixeira's case, he'll feel fine in two days as well....

I noticed that on the "Bronx is Burning" ads as well. Pretty interesting.
