I won’t shed a tear either. Having said that, it hardly seems to matter. Youkilis has somehow transformed himself from an on-base machine into a slugger. For a guy who was OPS’ing in the .850′s, he put up a .958 last year and is at 1.203 so far this year.
Whatever Ortiz was, Youk seems to have become.

Big Floppi and steroids? That can’t be only Arod did them. None of the 2004 Comeback team did them, the crew at WEEI told me that. That’s what the Red Pox Nation believes at least……
I would be so shocked if Floppi didn’t take steroids. He also seems different to me physically. Or it might be that ugly new Road jersey they wear or the Red jersey, it’s hardly slimming!
