Morgan is an old-school ballplayer who see the game the way he played it. Although I agree that he doesn’t make for a good game analyst, I can at least understand where he’s coming from. Phillips, on the other hand, has no excuse.

Has anyone tried the Lobel’s carving station? Is it any good?

All three games I went to the Lobel’s line was way too long for me to stand in, so i’m guessing it’s pretty good.

Fried pickles and a pulled pork sandwich, you will not be disappointed.

Going to the game tonight. Sitting upstairs- 410, front row. First game at the new Stadium. Anything I need to know? Any parts I have to check out? I’ll be getting there by train, so thankfully I’ll avoid any parking mess. Best food to get there?

On a YES broadcast 2-3 weeks ago, they talked about how he had opened up his stance and how Kevin Long had given the OK on the change. What I don’t get is — even if stances are ultimately not as important as the swing itself — why they would mess with what was clearly working. It makes no sense to change something that is working so well.
