Bummer on your story.  You sure the stamped signature was legit?  I would have checked another source for a tie-breaker!</description>

		<description>Sort of similar story:
Big Yankees fan growing up, loved Catfish Hunter.  The old guy who ran the corner store across the street knew it, and gave me an autographed black-and-white photo of Catfish!  I was about 8 or so.
Years later, I move into a new bedroom and I&#039;m checking out my (still hanging on the wall) framed and autographed photo of Catfish, and I compare it to my 1977 autographed Yankees baseball (which I now know was stamped).  

The Catfish signatures were nothing alike.  The old guy signed it himself.  Oh well.

Nice gesture, of course...
