Thanks Steve, it's a lot of fun... Matter of fact, I'm just getting in from a doubleheader; Phils/Mets in Philly, and Thunder/Rock Cats in Trenton. Got to see Jeremy Bleich and Jesus Montero play. I don't know where Eduardo Nunez fits in the Yanks prospect rankings but he had a pretty good game at the plate and in the field. Reegie Corona, returned from the M's (he went in the Rule V draft), didn't do as well as he should.

It was my first time to SWB, and I had been trying to get there since they were a Phillies affiliate. Guess I'll try again next month.

Raf - just wanted to say that I'm sorry to hear that your trip was busted.

More so, I wanted to say how much I admire the way you get around to visit different baseball outlets. You are a super true fan of the game! Two thumbs up for you!

Also, FWIW, they had sellouts to the Yanks - Sox series, so the organization wasn't happy that they had to cancel the games either.

The people weren't mad at the organization, they were mad that they didn't get to watch Igawa pitch :D

I'm just getting back from Scranton. Yes, there were quite a few upset people, but what can you do? It's not the fault of the ticket takers.

I got there and I was like "sweet, no traffic" but then found out the reason there wasn't any traffic. I stuck around for the fireworks show, then exchanged my tickets for a game in August (also against the PawSox).

This wasn't some random thing; both teams agreed to the cancellation, with the ML GM's making the final call. The cancellation came while I was on the road.
