Just In Case I Go MIA…

I’ve got a Flo Rida “Right Round” earworm stuck in my head and if it doesn’t leave soon I might go insane.
From the top of the pole I watch her go down,
She got me throwin my money around,
Ain’t nothin more beautiful to be found,
It’s goin’ down down…
Make it stop!

Wow, that’s a bad one. I’ve had the Black Eyed Peas “Boom Boom Pow” on loop in my head for the past few days.
LOL, Steve, why are you listening to that? 92.3 and 100.3 shouldn’t be on your radio dial!
I take solace in the fact that i have never heard of the artist or song mentioned. Between the DVR and my i-pod hookup in the car, i’m completely out of touch…its fantastic. (highly recommended set-up)

That’s my 5-year old son’s favorite song. We hear it a lot in my house/car. And, I know how that one can stick with you for hours too.

LOL – Actually, I only listen to music, for the most part, in the car these days. And, I have X-M Radio. When not listening to X-M MLB or ESPN radio or WFAN (on the regular radio), there are about 8 or 9 stations on my X-M preset that I listen to…
These include a classic (rock) vinyl station, a classic disco station, about three or four “new wave/alternative rock” stations, a ’70′s channel, ’80′s channel, ’90′s channel, and a bunch of pop mix type channels. And, while I drive, I channel surf like a madman only stopping when I hear something I like…
And, this AM, I made the mistake of staying on Right Round too long – and now it’s stuck in my head!
It appears, you’re goin’ down down
LOL – in many, many, ways…
@ Steve Lombardi:
I don’t have X-M so now I’m jealous…but even without XM I know better than to channel surf on the top-40 stations for exactly the reason you’re describing today!
