Oh…Yanks have won 8 straight on the road now, and are 25-18 in road games, 22-18 if you don’t count the Mets.

Yanks now with 7 straight “lucky” wins vs. the Twins.

Does this sweep count as real wins? Or are they “unreal” wins, and “really” losses.

Yanks now 51-34, at .600, having won 13-15, yet it would not shock me if they lost 2 of 3, or even all 3 over the weekend in Anaheim. CC goes Sunday. Hopefully that’ll be good enough to guarantee a win, though he will face Lackey, who they never seem to hit.

Matchups:

Friday: Joba vs. Saunders (another Angels’ pitcher they don’t hit)
Saturday: Pettitte vs. Weaver
Sunday: CC vs. Lackey

With the day off, the Angels were able to arrange their current best 3 starters to face the Yanks. Surprise, surprise.
