I don't care if it was luck, I don't care if it was park-assisted, I don't care if the Yanks aren't as good as the Angels in 1-run games. All I care about is that our ace pitched his ass off (at least according to the box score) and the Yanks won the game. As long as the Yanks win, nothing else really matters.
