Today is my birthday (#54) and it’s Tom Tresh’s birthday, too (he would have been 72). As you may know, Tom Tresh is the reason I’m a Yankees fan; or at least the reason I became one. Otherwise I would now be rooting for the Mets like my Dad and four of my five brothers (I could convert only one of them).
So thank you, Tom Tresh, and bless your spirit in Yankees heaven!
