A-Rod looks a 1000 time better after Cabrera’s deal, although I never had a problem with A-Rod, other than some of his shenanigans during the 07 World Series with the opt out stuff. Although in hindsight for him, with the money he ended up getting, opting out was a brilliant move.

Anyway, when I think of facing the Twins, I get this image of Kenny Rogers suddenly pumping mid-90s heat past the Yanks, only with Carl Pavano in his place. I don’t think I could physically handle him beating the Yanks, it was bad enough with Rogers, who I think at least tried with the Yankees but couldn’t mentally handle it at that point.
