Big Box 100% Free Of Billy Beane’s B.M. Rain To Make Yanks Season Land On Gaudin’s Wing?
Oct 14

Joe Torre is in a living hell and may not return as manager next year?

Sounds like October 2007, right? Nope, it’s present day…how’bout that?

Jerry Manuel might be hearing footsteps…right…about…now.

If “Mr. T” hits the open market, you have to think the Mets would be interested, right? And, of course, Joe would love to come back to New York…no doubt…

Man, I’d love it if he came back to the Mets. Nothing beats it when a franchise is so pathetically desperate that they re-hire the same guy twice. And, yes, that includes the Yanks when they hired and fired Billy/Sweet Lou/Yogi as manager nearly a dozen times, combined.

By the way, good call srivinodh…it’s only a matter of time before Torre’s hatchet-man Verducci spills it all for another book. Torre’s a joke.

Torre won’t be coming back to the Mets. Why should he? He’ll be 70 years old by the end of 2010, and that’s a little too far gone to be playing nurse maid, don’t you think?

Suddenly we think Gammons is a great source of insight?

    Wonder why that is…
