I’m so goddamn tired of hearing about how Yankee fans are all rich, snooty idiots or how the ballpark doesn’t get loud. Totally tired stories with a smidge of agenda behind them too.

No, not at all. I felt the same was before Game 6 of the ALCS. We’re still in charge up 3-2. Only one of the Phillies pitchers has beaten us, and they have one starting in Game 6 who is a 6 inning pitcher.

And when you see what happened in Game 4 and nearly happened at the end of Game 5, how can the Phillies have any confidence going to the bullpen late in games?

The crowd was a lot better as the ALCS went on, so hopefully that will be the case tomorrow.

Anyone else nervous? The further we get from that near-rally, the less confident I become. Granted, this is nothing new for me.
