Oh, The Weather Outside Is Frightful…(In The Heart Of Yankeeland)…
…but WasWatching is so delightful!
And, since we’ve no place to go,
Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!

Holy Bette Nesmith Graham Batman! Gonna be a whiteout in Yankeeland for many today.
Related, all, please be safe if you’ve been hit, will be, or expect to be hit, by snow now. Don’t drive if you don’t have to, watch your back shoveling, etc. – all that stuff. And, if you’re smartly hunkered down, and want to chat about some baseball – albeit Yankees related or not – please feel free to use the comments section of this entry.
Hot Stove…indeed! Belly up to it and have some fun…

Haha suckers..its 45 here in Tallahassee. JK, you guys be safe up there!
i have that card!
@ clintfsu813:
not snowin here as of yet
It’s sure is snowing now though..
I live up in the Bronx and we have nothing but a light dusting, no more than 1/8″. WTF was all this 14″ nonsense? Where’s the damn snow?
A few flakes, nothing major. Watching gm 4 of the 83 ALCS where the O’s win the pennant. Britt Burns was a horse, and I definitely prefer old Comiskey to New Comiskey
@ MJ: Ditto from Central Jersey.
OK, for those following my writing career – some BBT: What do former Yankees Ray Burris and Fritz Peterson have in common?
The bulk of the snow is supposed to be overnight….or so the weather people say.
Speak of – tune into your channel of choice and notice how the weatherman or woman sounds so gleeful…..because they get bumped to the top of the newscast in this weather. They act like ESPN did when Jacoby Ellsbusry stole home against us on Sunday night.
Steve, I’m almost afraid to ask where that Fritz Peterson question is going. I know Fritz had the lowest ERA in the original Yankee Stadium, so is it along those lines?
Here’s the Fritz answer – for those who want to peek:
