Great Interview, and congrats on getting ‘viewed by the Daily News!
Ya know, one thing I have to say about the new Yankee Stadium, having seen every pitch thrown in it thus far, is that it is a great park. Really, most the gripes I had with the stadium seemed to disappear, my biggest gripe being the camera angles behind the netting as it made me feel like I was watching a spring training game.
If they had kept the old, huge, upper deck in the new stadium I would probably “forget” that it was a different stadium over time.

I don’t really know where you came up with that one. Chamberlain definitely pitched like an arrogant kid last year but I think it’s a lack of pitchability and talent, not a mental issue with Chamberlain.

Yea, i’m gonna disagree here too. I actually see 1 if not both of them remaining with us. That may be just hope talking, but I see real potential from both of them. I think one of them could be a real dominant closer and the other a very decent starter. As for the new YS, I really hope they change Monument Cave by the time I come up. I do plan on taking a tour of it though, so I just hope its accessible.
FWIW, I’ve heard it, albeit not directly, that Joba’s work ethic and partying are potential issues and that some Yankeees believe Hughes is soft. And, I don’t find either one of those things to be not possible – based on what I’ve seen of them so far.

Touche’. I’ll agree that if Joba does maintain that stigma he indeed may leave the team sooner rather than later. I’m still hoping that having CC, Andy, and MO around can curb that.
