Is anyone else noticing/annoyed by Kay’s pronunciaion of Cervelli’s last name?
He goes back and forth between saying “Cervelli” and “Shervelli.” Sometimes saying his name twice in a 30 second span both ways.
He also says “Ewes” instead of “Hughes” on occassion, but that’s for another day or something…
Didn’t Kay pull this same stunt for a while pronouncing “Alex Rodriguez”? Some times he would say it like everyone else normally says it and other times he would say it like a white guy trying to “properly” pronounce something in Spanish.
Maybe one of Kay’s imaginary friends can text message him during the game on how to pronounce it.

Yah Steve, he would say “Rah-Dreeguez”, rather than “Rod-Riguez”. He’s an idiot.

You’d think someone would correct him, like Cervelli. For a guy that grew up in NY and has never lived anywhere else, you’d think he would have a clue on how to pronounce Italian names other than DiMaggio! He’s the absolute worst, period!
