    Jorgie makes like Ms. Lee

Now, the question is:  Does this mean Brenda Lee “I’m Sorry” or Peggy Lee “Is That All There Is“?

I guess this means his back is better then?

We have to wait on his wife’s twitter account for the official word on that, I suspect.

Posada said he also sought advice from teammates, including Derek Jeter, before speaking with Girardi, and that he also planned to apologize to general manager Brian Cashman, who he sharply criticized after Saturday’s game.

      End of argument.

Before speaking with Girardi today, or yesterday?

At any rate, Posada was mad, acted out, and things should be smoothed over now; just frustration that boiled over. It happens. I don’t think a fine or disciplinary action is warranted.

Btw, aside here on Jorge’s immediate family – shame on Jack Curry for calling Jorge’s father for a scoop during the game last night. What is Curry – Jorge’s high school guidance counselor?

That’s the line of the year, Steve! Ha!

Agreed. Jorge has always been a good soldier, he deserves a break here. He’s just too emotional. But if it happens again …

      @ LMJ229:
Exactly. Even in this case, had he jumped the team, then it would’ve been a problem.

Players and coaches and management aren’t always going to see eye to eye on certain things. It happens.
