Yes, it’s a very small sample size. But, over his last 35 PA, Jorge Posada’s BA/OBA/SLG line is .469/.486/.531 – and his BA is .302 over his last 111 PA.

I wonder how much his son’s surgery weighed on him?

Probably a lot. He thought Jrge Jr had had his last surgery the last time (and I think the time before that). I wonder if the date he found out another surgery was necessary coinsided w/ his sit-out?

It would not surprise me if that were the case. That whole saga had a “meltdown-ish” feel to it.
I’ve been saying this for a while now…he’s been hitting the ball hard since the series in Arlington on the 8th.
