Between the read on Ruggiano’s fly ball and the throw to try and get Rodriguez at the plate, I’m guessing that the 7th inning of tonight’s game will not make the Grandyman Yankeeography.

True, but:
1) balls get lost in the ceiling of that awful ballpark on a fairly regular basis, and
2) the wild throw moved runners up but didn’t cost any additional runs, and the runner was trying to score with the go-ahead run, so the throw had to be made.
Actually, the key misplay was Logan getting, and then botching, an obvious 1-2-3 DP ball that would’ve gotten them out of the inning with the lead.
Tonight’s homer might make it on though….
…or the catch off Longoria, running into the wall in deep center.
BTW, where is your link saying how Colon and Garcia were going to bomb in July? Your predictions are usually right on.
Granderson looked like crap in CF today on Kennedy’s “double” too.

Looked like he lost that one in the sun. He tracked it, it kept carrying and he eventually misplayed it.
