      Well, if nothing else, it shows WAR to be less than the ‘perfect stat’…

      On a grander scale of impression, the question I’m wondering is that with 75 wins and eventually 600+ saves, has any pitcher in MLB history participated in more of his team’s wins than Mo?

      And while saves is a bit of a warped stat, the fact of the matter is that in about two weeks, Mo will have more than anyone in history – and probably hold that record for a long time.
