I don’t think he’s going to get booed anytime soon despite a .250 avg. The dude is a defensive beast who can hit a lot of homers and drive in runs.
Personally, I think next season they should move Cano up to 3rd and slide Tex and A-Rod down. (Or flip Tex and Cano doesn’t matter to me).
The time is coming (no later than the beginning of next season) when the Yankees are going to have to move Cano up to third. At this point in his career he is a much more dangerous hitter than Tex or Alex. Assuming AROD is healthly at the beeginning of next year, I would drop Tex to 5th.
Hmm, don’t you think you are being a little too harsh here? Why can’t he be happy to do a show and get enjoy the positive feedback?
